I think you are enchanted with the medium at the moment and losing 
perspective  on you usually

from the title I expected the cup to have at least some coffee in it  :)  
and yeah -- its too close to the bottom but frankly (no pun...)  I don't 
think it is worth fiddling with -
it just becomes a technical exercise...
