Essentially the same as using a simple, non-dedicated auto-flash, in  
other words ... set the flash and camera for the appropriate working  
aperture, set shutter speed (usually 1/30-1/60), have at it. Been  
doing that for 35 years... It's never failed me.

Not that I (want to) do weddings... !!
