I do (pardon the pun).

Flash set as Godfrey described above but strictly for receptions and
post ceremony shots.  Shots taken during the before the ceremony and
during are all taken available/ambient light.  If the chapel or venue
does not have sufficient light, I have one or two fixed steady lamps
(usually coordinated with the video guys) to 'kick' the light to
acceptable levels giving the appearance of ambient lighting.
