Much better. If you're using the Gmail web interface, make sure you're sending mail in the default text encoding, not UTF-8. Click "settings". It's at the bottom of the general tab. Also, when you're responding make sure you're sending "plain text" to the list. If you see a link just above the box you're typing in that reads "<< Plain Text", click it. As far as I know the list mailer sends everything in plain text and will probably remove any special formatting.
