Reminder:Well, based on your explanation (?), I certainly didn't get
your question.
FYI, I have voted on the same image a number of times. Also, the "40"
vote figure, while possibly true, is contrary to what I read awhile
back. The contention at that time was 20 votes per image unless or
until a set number of negative votes had been reached. Always, of
course, followed by a decision rendered by the official judges.
My, you've done a lot of gallery auditing! :)
Reminder: As will always be true, rumors cling to life tenaciously.
