For me thiat button is a great idea. The oproblem is the implementation: It should really be possible to switch from Raw-only to Jpeg only. This is not possible and it sucks. Now for the WB button, I think it is all a matter of shooting style. Most of the time I don't care much about WB (because I don't need to) and if the WB is off (in Tngsten lighting, as usual) I change it in Lightroom.
