Excelent composition Christine. I think what you have captured is very good. 
But you could concider making a less sureal  presentation. To lower the 
saturation would probably be a good start.
I think you need some more texture in the nearest building to take fully 
advantige of the composition. That would probably create a better 3-D 
effect.

But, as I started. It is a well seen, and composed.
