it may be referring to a couple of Microsoft security bulletins,
MS07-056 and MS07-058, which are here:

If you're not using any of the components affected then you can ignore
it. 

If you are using any then you probably need to download and install
up-to-date security patches from the Microsoft site. If your system is
not set to do this automatically, go here:
http://www.update.microsoft.com/windowsupdate/v6/default.aspx?ln=en-us
