Actually, I just set them up on a "stand/ stay" command, went
back to the camera and talked softly to them. The trick is to
get the dog to look at the lens. In the prints I made of these
two scans, both dogs "follow you around the room", which means
they were both looking at the lens when I took the picture. We
have had a couple of comments from the dog people that the
picture of Rollei is a bit disturbing for this reason. He
doesn't have a particularly happy expression in his picture. I
like the very stern expression he gave me.

Leica LOVES to watch TV. She really likes the nature programs,
and interestingly, she likes football as well. We have a 27"
home theatre monitor that is always covered with nose prints.
