Ouch, I understand the frustration...

In this case, the very problem is that Samsung... has most probably no
technical repair centre. Will they even use another distributor? I
dunno. This is Samsung Techwin, not the Samsung of Electronics. It is
the same group but they might choose different distributors.

So I really can feel your furstration, but buying a Sumsung may not
change anything :(
