You want tips on hand holding big dick:-)). Where do I start?  
Seriously, hand holding is all about soft hands and a gentle touch.  
(Am I getting in trouble here?) Really. Cradle the camera with one  
hand under the back of the lens and the the other on the grip and  
shutter. Stay loose, and just squeeze the shutter button. Very  
gently. Camera shake comes into play when you're tight and trying too  
hard. Gentle and soft works best.
