Yes, the Extreme Reader works with SDHC cards. Actually, the ImageMate 12-in-1 was revved to support SDHC too ... I think those with "V3" in the model designation are all supposed to be capable of SDHC ... but I've not got any SDHC cards yet to test with it.
The main reason I keep using the ImageMate is that it also does xD cards for that once in a while download from the Fuji F30.
