I have only been thru LAX 1 time when the sky was clear.
By the afternoon, the brown haze had returned.
So no good landscapes...
Marina Del Rey is near enough for a dinner, but still pretty urban.
I would think something like Venice beach would be more photogenic.
Maybe the Santa Monica pier?
Taking the camera to the hotel is nothing special.
Century Blvd. is hotel strip surrounded by 2 miles of industrial
airport warehouses.
East of the 405 'there be dragons'...
