You can turn off high ISO noise reduction. Or you can choose "weakest," "weak," 
or "strong." Long shutter speed NR, on the other hand, has two settings. "Auto" 
turns it on in respect to temperature and conditions. "On" applies it only at 
shutter speeds longer than one second, I believe. So in effect, it's off for 
almost all applications.
