I've decided that dealing with a store that is local to me is the best way. 
Nothing wrong with 
B&H, but I kinda like being able to deal with a real person rather than a voice 
on the 
telephone.
Out of curiosity, when you buy a junk product from a place like B&H, do they 
pay the return 
shipping on the defective product, and then pay the reship out of their pocket 
or do they jack 
that onto the customer?
Any savings you realize by buying from them would be eaten up awfully quickly 
if you have to pay 
three times for shipping to get one product that works.
