Think Tank offers backpack type straps for the larger Urban Disguise bags (the 40,50 and 60). They hook around the bag's carry handles and to two bottom-side eyelets. It's a great setup: light weight, yet wide enough to take the weight nicely. Allows me to schlep the bag with a very heavy load (laptop, two bodies, six lenses, etc) through planes and trains easily without straining back or shoulder. Feels like a nicely done backpack. Like most backpacks, I find it useless to carry a bag like this for working, but for getting through an airport it's a great thing.
