Wow. You're a tough customer. I don't vote any more. Not enough time in a day to do someone else's job. But for the brief time when I did a bit of voting I was doling out a yes for about one out of four. I figured the peer role was to narrow down the choices, eliminate the obvious bad stuff, then let the judges make the final choice.
