I submitted about half of my currently accepted pics before the peer
voting started in September last year. The rest were submitted between
September and December. Since I've been out of the loop for 6 months I
don't know if things have changed now, but last year I saw no
significant difference in acceptance rate before and after peer voting
was introduced. But i DO think there was a change in what type of pics
are accepted. I think I bitched a lot about that... :-)
