another picture for your comment and critique...

a bit of a background first. :-) we have a flickr-based group in our
city that meets once a month (on the second sunday) in a part of the
city which is of historical/architectural importance. we walk around
the locale for anything around 2-3 hours. the typical turnout is
usually around 20-30 people. plenty of nikons and canons. i am the only
person shooting pentax... :-)

today, we decided to go to a hill on which st. thomas was supposed have
become a martyr in 73 A.D. the portuguese built a chapel there in 1523
(Blessed Sacred Adoration Chapel) which is still being used today. in
front of the chapel is a statue of mother teresa. it's a bit on the
darkish side, but, the sun was just rising:
