It is difficult to fathom how much it has changed since I was last there in February of 1982! Nice pictures. A favorite photo of mine from Berlin (I don't know how well this then-17-year-old photographer caught it), is this sign that used to be in front of the Brandenburg Gate which says: "Achtung: Sie Verlassen jetzt West-Berlin" (Attention, you are now leaving West Berlin) and underneath that, someone has written: "Wie Denn" (loosely translated: "Oh yeah? How?") http://charles.robinsontwins.org/photogal/pretty/brandenburg_gate_berlin.jpg Fantastic city - I can't wait to get back and see it again. -Charles -- Charles Robinson - [EMAIL PROTECTED] Minneapolis, MN http://charles.robinsontwins.org -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
