Too early to tell although I haven't noticed any dramatic difference in performance. Cymen's post indicates quicker handling of pages with Javascript. I do most of my "internetting" in my Linux partition and only occasionally in Windows and I like to have access to common bookmarks settings, etc. in both platforms. So, unless they release versions for non-Windows platforms, I wont be dumping Firefox no matter how good Chrome is. But it's interesting to play with :-)> Cheers Brian ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Brian Walters Western Sydney Australia http://members.westnet.com.au/brianwal/SL/ > On Wed, Sep 3, 2008 at 1:39 AM, Brian Walters <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > wrote: > > Hi all > > > > If you're running Windows XP or Vista, you might be interested in this > > new web browser from Google (note that it's a beta). > > > > http://www.google.com/chrome > > > > > > I'm a sucker for this sort of thing so I'm having a play with it.
