Being more visible to drivers who ARE paying attention might help them
avoid you.
Also, if everyone else is wearing one of these things and you're not,
wouldn't you be the most visible?
No, you would be the least visible, which might be useful in the case
where some whacko is intentionally looking for someone to run over.
Not so much otherwise.
