Thanks good info. Your file looks great. Most real estate sites run them far smaller than what I'm showing, so I should be able to shrink them substantially.

At the size your posting you should be able to get file size below 1MB.

However, when my panos load they begin as pixelate BW then sharpen up and become color. Am I the victim of a slow server, or is it possible that I'm doing something wrong here? The panos are only about 3 meg each, but I figure I can't go too high res with this thing if I want to show six or seven rooms. Any advice would be greatly
