I went over to Boz's site and it's noted that the A has one more aperture blade than the K, 9 vs 8, and that the K weighs 40 grams more than the A. The weight difference leads me to believe that there may be some construction differences between the two.
What does it mean that the mirror house blocks part of the rear element? I'm having a hard time picturing this, or what it might mean from the POV of an image on the film. BTW, what's the URL for Valentin's site?
