In essence, two adaptors and the lens.

Yes, that's what I'm doing.

Have you noticed any focus problems, or exposure problems, things i
still have issues with, with Pentax gear.

Adapted lenses are manual focus only and manual iris** operation*. The G1's EVF makes critical focus a cinch as it is large, bright and supports magnification assist for critical focus (very useful with short focal lengths). Since and focus are driven by light hitting the imager sensor 100%, both are spot on accurate. The EVF/LCD supports an in-viewfinder live histogram too.

* Except for FourThirds system SLR lenses. All of those support full iris automation and about nine out of the 22 or so available FourThirds SLR lenses will autofocus, the others all support manual focus with auto-magnification assist.

** Because of this, adapted manual lenses must have mechanical, manual iris and focus mounts. Unfortunately, Pentax DA series lenses lack the manual iris control needed. A special adapter with an iris control lever could solve that problem. However, servo-controlled focus/iris lenses cannot work ... no way to get power to the focusing servos.
