I'd crop everything on the left out--the guy's eyes look weird--crop up to
the line in that box thing the guy is sitting in front of-- the women look
beautiful & there's a fun juxtaposition of pattern in the roof of the boat &
their skirts--make them the main focus--this will probably give it a square
crop, but I love square crops, but you might not :-). Anyway, I think this
one could be a real winner without the guy.

hi Christine, thanks for looking and the comments. appreciate it. i did
in fact put together a collection of photos for friends here in India.
some of the captions may have local allusions which may not make much
sense to you, but it shouldn't be a serious problem. ;-) it is rather
big (25 photos), but would love to hear what you think.
