All very nice (as usual), but I really like the first shot -- light/dark,
reflection, angles of pier.

Channel ferry Seafrance Manet, lately withdrawn from active duty between
Calais and Dover, hasn't yet been officially decommissioned by Seafrance
but it has been laid up in Dunkirk for a while and is obviously waiting
for a buyer.

P&O's Pride of Canterbury, also shown at Dunkirk, has just had some
major repair and repainting work done and will by now have returned to
Calais for a few more years on the same relation.

We've just had two weeks of dry and sunny winter weather with a strong
high-pressure system over most of Western Europe which ended with a
temperature inversion and very bad air quality. So, what you're seeing
in the background isn't fog or mist but solid smog in the valley of the
river Meuse at Liège.

As always, your coments and suggestions... :-)
