buy a safe. I used to keep my lenses in a Pelican 1550 case, which I kept unlocked and unsecured in a spare room. When I was burgled it was all conveniently packaged and easy for the burglar to take away. When I had everything replaced I bought a safe, which is where I now keep lenses, cameras etc that are not in use, and the Pelican case stays empty until I need it. Inside the safe I keep everything in a couple of stiff cardboard archive boxes which have compartments that I made from pick & pluck foam from a Pelican case. Recently I have hugely reduced the number and volume of camera stuff that I own, and I would like to replace the safe with a piece of secure furniture that's less ugly and takes less room than the safe. Some sort of lockable cabinet with shelves and drawers would probably do the trick, although one has to be careful about storage materials because of the risk of damp, fumes, fungus and similar matter.
