I have one of those (the AF Super Wide II version). It is a very good, sharp lens, mostly made of metal. It focuses really close (18 cm.), and AF is fast, though noisy. I had a FA* 24 mm 2.0 and this Sigma is almost as good as the FA was, being the main differences flare control (SMC coatings win hands down, this Sigma 24 mm. flares a lot) and speed, of course. I paid 100 euros for this lens 1 year ago, in like new, boxed condition.
