I ordered a hardcopy with dust-jacket as well. Can't wait to see it. As
soon as I see a copy, I think I'll order a Premium Paper copy & a
soft-cover. I'll give my 1st hard-cover copy to my parents.

I just received my hard cover copy of The Book today and all I can say is
"wow". It's thirteen dollars more than the paperback but worth every penny.
