Same here - mine was picked up in Maplewood, MO at 4:24 PM yesterday.
It arrived in Indianapolis at 5 AM today.
It is supposed to arrive at my house on Monday (23rd).

Definitely regional. The books are apparently printed at several
locations. Some of mine have come from Rochester, NY. Some from
different states (I forget at the moment).

says Blurb CS, California Street, San Francisco. Since I am in the Bay

that is obviously why I got it so fast.
