Dont be silly, I already brought this up. Cameras dont
have year designations like cars so that makes NO sense
at all.

Yeah reusing model names is a really dumb idea.

I mean, what's up with rehashing names like Mustang, Corvette & Charger.

 What are manufacturers thinking, that'll just confuse the hell out of
the poor dumb buying public.
