There's certainly potential with those bright colours. Of these I think IMGP1521 works best but it's spoiled by the tree trunk directly behind the hydrant. Perhaps a shooting position a bit further to the right would separate the trunk and the hydrant and also make the hydrant less centred (which might bring better balance to the composition). The closer shots (1520/1515) don't work for me - there are two distinct points of interest. I think a shooting position that made the hydrant and the valves closer together would be preferable.
