Never mind, I just checked with "Ask.com" and Wikipedia indicates "hear, hear" is the correct spelling to indicate agreement.

Ken, I used this spelling of the term, "here,
here" sometime ago and was pummeled with spelling
correction clods. I've now seen it spelled this way a
couple times lately without noticeing (perhaps I just missed
them) any such reaction.
Wonder which it should be?
