Hi Roman (and others),
Actually, there have been some signs of Pentax bridge camera for quite
some time now. So, at least I wouldn't be surprised at all to see one
very soon. Besides, all those advanced compacts and bridge cameras do
make a profit. Without a profit we'll never see high-end SLR body. So,
repeat after me - go Pentax, sell volume products... go Pentax, sell
volume products...
Roman - DA*60-250 will be available when you'll see it in Photopoint
(for others - it's our largest camera retailer) with price tag. May or
June this year. Until then there will be also no real sample shots as
there's no real point in advertising a vaporware. The design is
finished, but there are still problems in volume production start-up.
(Don't ask how I know that, I'll not answer anyways). BTW, most probably
we'll see this lens in Europe a bit sooner than our American friends.

However, there's just one day to know.

with DA* 60-250mm soon to be available in my country. I was wondering
if someone of you had a chance to capture some shots with it.
