Good photo, very sympathetic. 

I must say, I'm amazed that people have to pay for a night in a shelter. In
my youth I spent a night in a shelter in Manchester, and 2 nights in one in
Bordeaux. Not experiences I'd like to repeat, and I sure as hell wouldn't
want to pay for the privilege.
