Congrats on your purchases, Brendan. About a year ago I did a lot of research (but obviously not enough!) on finding a clip-on type hood for my A*85. I ended up reaming out the iside of a Canon plastic clip-on hood, but there just wasn't the clearance available. So I reamed out another and just used it as a push-on. I hate screw in hoods. With the slip-on, you can carry on the lens reversed, as with other clip-on hoods. Anyway, here's a pic of the PH-SA you mentioned. I shall be on the lookout for one used!
