Not according to the Finacial times. I believe (if my memory serves me right) that projected sales of the Dynaxx7 was 40 - 50 000/units a month something that make the real production of 8000 units downright pathetic. Volume is probably lower by now. Its clear to me that Minolta tried to repeat the success of the original 7 of 1985, that sold 2 million in couple of years, but failed in these Nikon vs. Canon times.
