We sometimes forget that "consumer" grade lenses have advantages in some
situations. They are, for example, generally much smaller than their
"professional" bretheren. Compare a 28-70/2.8 with a 28-80/4.5-5.6. In some
cases - backpacking, rock climbing, etc. - a "consumer" lens may be a better
choice even for a 'pro". This especially advantageous when using a lightweight,
compact camera like the MZ-S.
