I got one great reason [for using Power Retouche, a PS plugin] and that's because I'm lazy. Freely admitted :-)
I use a number of plugins because I either don't have the time or knowledge to write an action that will do what I want, or because the plugin does as good a job as I can do and was cheap enough to make it unworthwhile to piss around with creating an action myself.
