Yep, it allows the backend to be setup any way you like, and if you
like Metadata-based organization its bloody genius. But I have to use
its UI rather than my already well-understood file system organization
to find files. Even when I was using it, I found myself switching back
to Bridge to find stuff, it was quicker. But I don't use extensive
Metadata or keywording (and find such to be bloody annoying to add)
which eliminates the advantages and magnifies the disadvantages of
Lightroom.
