My old desktop PC went brain dead so I got a new PC tower unit only. Fortunately I was able to put the SATA drive from the old one into the new one and after transferring just a few files I reformatted it and now have a extra internal drive. I kept the old 17" crt monitor and therin lies my query. I am assuming that all the data used when I calibrated the monitor on the old computer has all gone bye bye. It must because the images now look much better all of a sudden. I haven't printed any photo's yet, so I have to do that to see how far out it is (or how close it may be if I'm lucky!).
BTW, Vista sucks!!! Walt -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
