I'm nuts to have done just that... I could have bought a new small car
for what I paid for one lens... The lens gives me more pleasure than a

I bit the bullet years ago with the 600 FA (at the urging of my wife!) I
now
have no excuses for my wildlife images. I had tried to make do with the
300
f4.5 FA but it just wasn't enough for the images I was trying to capture.
My last trip to Denali was basically unforgettable due to the 600 - had
all
the lens (with a 1.4 XL convertor) that I could use.
Never regretted it.
