No, I would say that in the venue you sighted, architecture and sea scenics, your assumption would be almost universally accepted and correct. Since my son and daughter were married both in the past 14 months, I have seen a lot of what the current generation of wedding photographers are showing, and the extreme tilt of horizons is very popular. Sometimes I like that approach; most of the time I don't, but only because I wasn't trained that way. But, that would lead to a whole new discussion, wouldn't it? :-)
