One more 'Pentax Quirk' to add to the list.

I'm not bothered about the AF, although somebody using them to shorten
the min focus distance of a long lens might be. However, I'm surprised
we haven't seen some enterprising Chinese store on Ebay selling new
P/KA tubes. They could make a small fortune. Maybe a big fortune if
they were P/KAF tubes.
