The interwebs have been positively freaking out with this complaint - with which I personally concur because I too use reading glasses - but it's unlikely to get much of a response. A true optical viewfinder that will work with interchangeable lenses, including zooms (from what? 12mm to 300mm, given that you can use standard 4/3 lenses with an adapter), is pretty much a non-starter at any kind of sane price. An EVF would work but add a significant size (and price) penalty. Given that "as small as possible" was one of the design objectives, and people are complaining about the price as it is, that's out for this particular camera. But I bet we'll eventually see an "E-P2" or something that is pretty much the same camera but with an EVF. Give it a year or so. From the sounds of things, they're going to sell boatloads of E-P1's. -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
