Hi Everyone:

A real Hail Mary shot here--taken while driving on I-90 in some morning rush hour traffic that was moving along at about 30 - 40 mph. My husband hates when I do this; I probably should stop doing it.

It's 1024 pixels on the long end to give you a sense of it. Comments welcome, and I'd especially like to know your views on the white balance used here. Cheers, Christine

No problem shooting while "moving along at about 30 - 40 mph" as long as someone else is at the wheel.

If you're doing the driving, yes, you should stop doing it that way. Your attention should be on the road ahead and the rush hour traffic, lest you be caught un-awares by a sudden stop.

If it's possible to bring down the exposure in the area of the hole in the clouds to where they're not so blown out it might add a little more 3-D.

The white balance seems fine to me. Kind of gives the light a sepia tone.

Overall, an enjoyable image.
