That's the "premium profile' pack. I use those almost exclusively for
the R2400, they're tuned a bit better for the different quality modes.
At least for the R2400, the _MK and _PK variants of standard paper
profiles are installed when you install the R2400 driver.

The media type popup in the driver itself is determined by paper
size/feed type that you've set in the Page Setup (Mac OS X
terminology, i don't know specifically what they call this on
Windows). EG: if you select B3 Super with manual sheet feed rear slot
(whatever the specific terminology might be), then you can choose the
media types appropriate to that feed type choice. This setting sets
the platen height and basic output ink density for the media, so pick
a paper most similar to the paper you're printing on.

Color management is set independent of this. If you're having
Lightroom manage color, you pick the profile in the Print Job panel
for the intended paper and in the Printer Setup dialog you set the
driver to do no color management.
