Oops. I have the 484RC2 head (quick release) I also find this useful since I like the flexibility of getting the camera off quickly.

Sometimes the fauna doesn't give you any choice. :-) It's listed on the B&H web site as the 3216 (#679B) for for about US$ 48 by itself, or about US$ 64 *with* a "#234 Swivel Tilt Head". My memory was that the 3216 was silver and the 3218 was black, but apparently I'm mistaken, or they changed it in the last seven or eight years.
