This is the backpack I have. I usually have it filled with:

K10D body
K20D body w/mounted DA* 16-50mm f2.8 zoom
Pentax-A 85mm f1.4
Pentax FA 31mm f1.8 Limited
Pentax DA f3.5-4.5 10-17mm Fisheye Zoom
Pentax AF-540FGZ flash
Various filters, SD card case, etc.

There's a bit more room and it has a rain fly in case of sudden downpours. I 
sometimes sub the K10D for a flash booster depending on circumstances.
